Anyone else with exede satellite internet? All of a sudden they are hot to trot to adjust my system. They have been calling me daily, today, on a holiday they show up at my door unannounced and uninvited. They wanted to come in and connect computer to the modum, but would not tell me what they would do. I didn't let them, told them it was working fine. They do have remote access to it. If they need to reflash it at least tell me.
I told the guy I was probably going to drop their service anyways..

Good evening all. 62F and overcast this morning, light breeze. Temp warmed to 87F, winds stayed down and sky cleared off. Chamber of commerce weather! Went for a ride this morning, saw stepdaughter off starting a 3 month contract job out of town in the morning. Spent the afternoon with wife. Don't know any of the families in area that lost someone in the line of duty, so much harder to honor the fallen without that information.

Need to pour first cup of coffee. 46° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 71° with sunny skies this morning. Enjoyed the parade yesterday. Planes from the Yankee Air Museum flew over downtown during the parade. Need to get my Stihl chainsaw running. Stump and tree from wind storm in February needs to be moved, cut up and chipped. Will see how that goes it has not been run in over 2 years.

This morning I was in the process of introducing my grandson to the delights of maggot racing (well it amused me when I was his age) when black rain clouds came over and put a premature end to the event.

We were going to fishing, although that is now looking in doubt too. I wonder if using maggots as bait is another peculiar British thing. We can by them by the pint in most fishing tackle shops, in much the same way as pet shops sell meal-worms to feed to birds. Never mind, there is always another day and in the meantime there is plenty of Lego to play with.

I can assure you it is not a Texas thing. Minnows and worms are sold in bait shops here.

Thanks, I just ordered the AT&T mobley, if it works ok I might get rid of exede internet. I have dish tv, for 20 yrs now. Would like to get rid of it also.
