I think I would take a wrap of chain up over the tongue if I had to launch like that.

So a little bump wouldn't slack the chain and launch the trailer with the jetski still attached.

The safety chains are actually hooked into the chain stretched across the bed, just put the ball in there because I had it and figured it wouldn't hurt.

We didn't go anywhere with it other then lower it down the ramp and pull the trailer back to the top of the ramp. Moved it everywhere else by hand.

Yeah, but that cotter pin was made in the USofA, so there's no way it could fail! :laughing:

It took me a while to figure out what was wrong with this one. They should have had the trunk lid raised so the guy could sit in the trunk more comfortably.
