Watching the latest Shooting USA they did a spot on the 5th Edition Ammo Encyclopedia from Blue Book. Looked pretty neat ... info on every cartridge ever made.

The guy that wrote it actually graduated high school with Jim Scoutten.

They also showed off the new S&W Victory .22

I would think S&W would do well with their new victory model. They have needed something like this for oh, say 67 years... since the Ruger 22 pistol made its debut in 1949.:laughing: But it should be a good seller for them.

It is all in good fun of course, but you would have to admit the new Smith looks a heck of a lot like a Ruger which I have 2 models of, a Stainless bull bbl 5 inch MK2 and a 22/45 Blue 5 inch Bull bbl.

Rgr that. I don't know where in heck they all go.. I suppose most go down gun barrels at over 1000 feet per second, but I suspect a lot of them get "rat-holed" on peoples storage shelves.
