Good morning.
. . . she found another tree frog in the upstairs toilet. She found one downstairs toilet a few years ago and I tore the yard up plumb back to to the septic tank to find where the elbow had pushed down coming out of the tank and roots getting in.
But I doubt that this time. I think these last two upstairs came in through the vent on top of the house. I googled it and it said its actually common as they like to climb and the smell can draw them.

I found a tree frog in the our shower drain and about 5 others inside in or by the bathroom in the last year. I looked around and also came to the same conclusion: the vent on top of the house. I need to get up there and put a screen on it.

I had the same problem with the range hood over the stove. Mice were getting in the pipe at the roof, then chewing up the sheet metal to try to get back out. Made a heck of a racket, usually at 2-3AM. Fixed it by putting a piece of hardware cloth over the vent pipe opening. Held it on with a big hose clamp.

my lunch visitors have left. He's in terrible shape, dizzy, didn't eat much or drink much, probably not drinking is his biggest issue,
wasn't even able to take him around in the golf cart. His lips were white. We did our best.

switching back and forth among several channels watching the Olympics. some fun stuff there.
And when the poor gymnast's leg broke, they said you could hear the crack across the entire field, definitely not fun.

Mom's boyfriend pretty much went the same way. Made his mind up he wasn't going to do anything to help himself, including take his meds. Stopped eating, drinking, just sat there. Said he was waiting to die, and pretty much did that for the last two months. I bet seeing his old home was everything your old boy wanted at this stage, Drew, and you're very kind to accommodate his wishes.

It is nice of you to show the former owner around.

back from camping, got the camper back in it's parking place. I did get the tractor out and put a little more gravel down where the tires sit, as they always sink in some from sitting. My gravel pile had ants in it, so had to spray real good before parking the camper on top of them. some day I want to build a lean to on the back side of the barn to park the camper under, with a concrete floor. my wife says I have other projects to finish first.
forgot to put down the TV antenna before leaving, didn't know until i got home. Fortunately no damage. wouldn't go down all the way at first, but forgot it needs to be in a particular place before it will go down.

Drew, real nice of you to have former owners over. We have had visits from the 2 previous owners children. Each time it was a good feeling be able to show them the changes we have made. They both brought pictures of the house when they lived here. Do not think we will get anymore visits from previous owners. We have lived here 44 years. Last visitor had a problem finding the house. Because we have planted trees all around the property.
