Weatherman has missed forecasting a overall good day for second day. By forecasting rain that never showed up until evening. Hope he is wrong again today.

a much warmer 56 degrees this morning going up to 80 today in fair weather. Temps in the eighties predicted through the weekend with one cooler day, and rain not until Saturday. Back out come the shorts.

Good Morning. 0615, 55F with 93% humidity. Forecast high of 85F with 20% chance of rain this afternoon and a low of 64F tonight.

This is a test of the Larronet. I got up to go to the bathroom and Margie told me the internet was out. The router is telling me it's the modem, but when I hooked straight to the modem I can get online. It's too early for too much troubleshooting, but I always keep a spare router, so if all else fails, I will try that.

Plan for the day is to do a little mowing with the 6' RFM and 3930. Since I'm already awake before daylight, I guess I will go ahead and get my AM cardio out of the way.

63 this morning and headed to 78 today. 100% chance of rain today. I guess this drizzle counts. Oh well be gone by noon. Some parts of the county has golf ball to baseball sized hail yesterday.

Good afternoon all. 60F this morning sunny forecast for 75F mostly sunny and breezy. We have had as much wind this week as we normally get in a month . working on mowing and house prop for afternoon showing. Curious as to how many offer people had per house showing. Have had 15 private showings and 100 people through in an open house and no offers yet .
