LS G3038 stalled now wont start

Hello all,

I was out plowing and stalled the tractor. Now it wont start. I have just 22 hours on it just got my new LS a month ago. Not sure what to do. I moved it out of gear and back, put the shuttle shift into neutral turn the key wait for the glow plug light to turn off then when I turn the key forward nothing. no sound just as if I an not turning the key.

Any ideas?

Unhook the negative battery cable. Hook it back up and try it. Also, make sure the pto is disengaged. Just throwing darts at possibilities.

OK going out to try that. I did just check all the fuses and they are all good. I did put the PTO on then off to see if that safety was stuck some how. I will let you know on the neg battery cable.

Dang, gear shifts ( both) in neutral, pto disengaged, setting in the seat and nothing, sometimes I had to move the shift levers back and forth a few times in and out of gear to find the switch. Other than that, I'm stumped... Sorry.

Yea both in neutral. I tried going in and out of all gears 1-4 Low, Med and High. Nada. Could the starter go out just from it stalling? I was wondering if I over heated it plowing.
Totally new to this tractor and feel like my hands are tied.

It ahold have a temp gauge on it. Was it running hot?

It does have a temp gauge on it but the needle was just above the middle between Hot and cold.

Do the no brainer check of the wires to the starter checking for loose wires. Did the battery seem charged when you first started it today? Crank over good?

OK. it looks like it is the safety switch on the clutch. I unplugged it and pressed it repeatedly by hand. Then I was able to start it. So I drove it home and turned it off. same issue. Looks like this little switch needs to be replaced.
