The new 2014 LS J2023H

That's great news. I wonder if the HP will be the only difference between this supposed new J and the 2023.

Heck, people are still not seeing many of the 2023 models yet. I'm going to do a YouTube video of mine when it comes in. There is not much LS info out there and I think it's up to us owners to start educating the masses.

Exactly. As a dealer this site has helped me out with all the reviews on the LS lineup and it gives me much more information on how everything is going with our tractors. Plus its giving me more information to pass on to my customers. That is why as soon as i get a new model in i am posting on this site the pictures and the information i have about them. LS does need to get more information out about all their new models so the customers know more about them and the dealers can assist the customers better. From the way my rep was talking the new J will be completely re designed and still have the dual hyd pumps and dual pedal setup.

There is a member over at MyTractorForum that goes by JDFANATIC and he does lots of good tractor reviews on the website Tractor.com. He said he had approached LS execs at the NFS in Louisville this year about getting access to some LS models for review and demo for his website. He told me they have not called him back. If there's anything you can do to put a bug in your rep's ear about this, I think LS would see a lot of good press from this. Tractor.com has reviews on all the competition, but nothing on LS.

The new XR models are going to have a big change as far as an attachment that i just found out about also.

Are they finally adding more lift height to the loader? Maybe they should do something like what TYM does; offer a standard loader option, as well as an upgraded option.


Also, next time you tall to your rep, you should mention that there are a growing number of customers that would like to see a HST option on the U/XU series tractors.

Oooh, and tell them to add an an "auto throttle" option to their HST's as well... so far, Kubota, Massey, & Yanmar offer it. I like it a lot more than I expected to.

Hey guys. I'm scheduled to go with my dealer to the Battleboro, NC plant on April 17th - next month. I'm planning on taking my camera with me. I can take video of it too and see what comes out. I'm more than willing to share what I come up with.

On another note, the guy who was going to buy my house backed out last night. Now I have to wait on another buyer to close on that house before I can get my LS. Boo-hoo!. I was all set to put that blue smile on my face. Oh, well. The anticipation will make the final result all the better.
