What ATV, side by side or UTV do you have.

I am more intrigued by all of the solar panels in the picture. How large a system do you have, did you do it yourself and how well does it work?

these are 8 205 watt evergreen panels
I have 10 total but can only use 8 because my charge controller can only handle 80 amps (Outback MX-80)
I have 32 deep cell batteries that hold 1100 amp/ hrs @ 24 volts
all my lights in my 2 barns are 12 or 24 volt LED's
I run a 6000 watt inverter for bucket heaters and trough heaters in the winter and fans for the horses in the summer
my inverter has a battery charger that I can hook up my gen set if needed in the winter to back feed my batteries
In 3 years I've only had to back feed my batteries the 1st year with an average of 8 hrs/ month for 3 months
My barn is over 500 ft from my house and for the cost of wire and having it baried would have cost me about the same as what I have in my system but I have yet to have a bill from the power co
I did all the work myself and picked up most things on ebay and some other helpful sites on the web
my total costs were right at $5200
In the summer I take all my battery chargers for my power tools and put them out in the barn for I have plenty of electric with the long sunny days

Old Bobcat 2200 diesel, electric dump bed. It is a workhorse and easy to drive. One shift lever, F-N-R. It automatically shifts to 4WD an locks each differential as needed

Recently picked up this used 2006 "TS"Gator, 1270 hours, but the paint isn't worn of the skid pan! New Carlisle Field Trax tires all around, after market canopy. I've rebuilt the rear canopy frame for strength, added screen & receiver drawbar storage & will be making a front bumper/brush guard & receiver mounted winch. ~~ grnspot

They make a kit to install a dump box on gulf carts. Also lift kits and larger tires for extra ground clearance.

Customized golf carts were all the rage in many places for a couple decades before the UTVs we know of today came about. I still tend to call them "those off-road golf cart looking things" at times... Some of today's UTVs are actually more like the old dune buggies than golf carts. Since we got our 06 Rhino, I've practiced really hard at calling it a Rhino instead of a golf cart so the kids don't laugh, few years later I'm almost there...
