Sam hope your mother in law gets better soon. Went to Charlotte yesterday instead of Raleigh picked up nice shirt and sweater as I got cold and new pair of shoes, wife got new pocket book and perfume son got shoes and pants and belt. Had a good time but got home after midnight. Rain here all day and cool

67 this morning, dreary, drizzly and overcast. I've worn a sweatshirt last night and today, weird August weather, we've been 10-15 degrees below normal for all but 2-3 days.

Beautiful morning here today, 70 now supposed to hit 80. Getting ready to have the kids and grandkids over this afternoon to celebrate my oldest son's 25th birthday.

good morning 61 degrees and raining got 1/4" last night. looks like a do nothing day. wife is at the hospital with her mom today so I stay close the phone. she had a stroke thrusday morning and it was real serious for 48 hrs but doc says now things have leveled off so well see. all the family is there and it's a big one so I stay out of the way I can be there in 30 minutes. everyone have a great day.

Sam, hope things are improving at the hospital. I'm sure it's not an easy day for you, just sending some good vibes your way.

What about spraying your fenceline with Roundup and if some should "accidentally' get on your neighbours "weeds" Oh dear. How sad. Too bad. Nevermind.

Sam; Prayers that your MIL improves and does so quickly.

I mowed the lawn, this morning. Hadn't had to do that for a few weeks. Nice workout, pushing that mower around. Climbed on the JD 1050 after the lawn, and hogged a small pasture that had a lot of weeds that were getting ready to bloom and go to seed. Now I am doing the indoors chores.
