It is a dial knob installed on the left side of the dash and programmed by the dealer. It controls how fast/slow and how severe the tractor shifts from forward to reverse on the fly. I didn't think I'd care but I really like it. You can control the change from very gentle to neck snapping. It was pretty inexpensive, about $120.

Oh you know how it goes. It all adds up so fast. By the time you add all the options, the biggest loader Deere makes, a grapple, an 8 foot twin spindle mower, etc, etc, and hit the $60k mark a for a tractor adding a Kenwood KDC997 stereo that streams music from the internet for $250 seems like a drop in the bucket.
