Congratulations I well remember holding our first grand daughter many years ago, each subsequent one, like any child is unique and precious in their own way; as mentioned by another, children is what life is all about at least for many of us.

Grandkids are fantastic... You get to cuddle and play, then hand them back to the parents for changing and colic duty. Wonderful. Mine are older now. Had two strapping teen grandsons help me today remove a giant locust from the yard... Cut it down, cut it up and carried it out. They love my JD tractor.

Your Grand Daughter sure has a "Head of Hair". Our first Grand Daughter has Strawberry blonde hair. When she was born, you could barely see her hair, it was so fine. I used to kid our Daughter that her Baby was Bald. Once again, Congratulations to the entire Family.

Seeing my granddaughter (4) visting with my grandmother (96). Yup, Her great-great-granddaughter.

Arriving at NAIA in Manila... worst airport in the world, but a few months in the Philippines with my inlaws is fantastic! They live just off the beach on the South China Sea. Those bottles of Tanduay rum at 65 pesos a bottle with 8 peso bottles of coke are a treat too.
