Look Roy....you are going to meet with the Gen. Mgr....so in that regard...Think glass half full....Think positive, I am...I hope you believer this will happen when you sit down with the GM.....Wishing you the best...

I've already met with the GM...went quite well, actually. Since we couldn't get together after the plant tour and he does have a couple more questions...well, like the old saying "Don't count your chickens before they hatch" (which I have been known to do).
I'm cautiously optimistic...

OK - Good I'm glad you met with him and it went well....I know what you mean...don't want to get your hopes up...and don't forget...these things are not in our control...who knows what an interviewer is thinking, so you are doing all you can do...still get ready to move...I have a feeling you will get some good news. I just bought new tin foil and made a new hat....

Good morning! 66 to 82 partly cloudy. Got three more rows on the compass rose complete yesterday before being called away to assist the vet to pull a calf. I had the front job of holding the rope. The weather turns cold Sunday and Monday we will be in the 30's.

Don ~If you have not already tired this.... Another recipe....Have you ever tried seasoned and baked Chickpeas ? Yum ! The Mrs. and I eat them now all the time as a snack...we like them better than nuts of any kind...Google....baked chickpeas and look at all the recipes...we season ours with some chili powder, a touch o Cayenne powder, granulated garlic, a little cumin , onion powder and salt...then we bake them on 375 deg. for about 30 to 45 min stirring them around once in awhile..toward the last 15 min or so keep a close eye so they don't burn...We buy the chick peas in the can and drain and rinse them and while they are still damp we shake them around in a bowl with all of the seasoning..

I can't believe I didn't have to turn on the space heaters or light the wood stove last night. It stayed in the 60's F. But I will for sure be firing up the wood stove tonight and the next 7 or so nights as it's supposed to get 30F tonight and 20's F at night for the next 7 nights.

But at least I can (Hopefully let the fire go out during the day as it's supposed to hover in the 70's F all week.

I can't believe this weather. lol

Now if this darn wind would go away I would be even happier with the weather. It's been windy since Yesterday.

It's supposed to die down around 8:00 PM (Hopefully)

brin, I just saw a recipe like that yesterday when we were looking for a vegan honey roasted peanuts recipe for our 4 lb. peanut crop. The peanuts have too much fat in them for me but the chickpeas will work perfect. Thanks, will make some tomorrow!
