When we lived in Florida, there was a Car Show every month at a popular eating establishment. My Wife, Son and I went to quite a few of them. We would buy a burger, fries and drink and enjoy the day. I, myself personally, love the Mopar cars from the 60's and 70's.

Surprised no one's mentioned the '69 Chevelle (esp. the SS-396). Tops my list of cool cars!

You all will start screaming when you find out I sold a cherry two owner - 1950 Plymouth Woody with 46,000 original miles for only $7,000.00 NOT A TYPO, SEVERN THOUSAND DOLLARS. Don't ask why ....... I'm still burning about that one and burning about selling 1000 shares of APPLE stock at $24.00 a share, currently I think it's around $600.00 a share.

When we were young we did alot of stupid things kid's nowdays wouldn't believe. I had a "beep beep, your a>> sticker on the side of my 427 camaro with the coyote stangling the road runner in 69. The state trooper pulled me over and told me to take it off (guess what he was driving?). And yes guys, there was actually a 427 camaro called the plane jane with that motor. We used to be fun and take alot of chances. Some of still do, only on another level.

My first new car was a 1969 Chevelle SS396, gold with a white vinyl top. It was only a 325 HP, so not super fast, but I liked it.

That was a lot more horsepower than my first new car; a 1962 Austin Healey Sprite. But when you got that Chevelle, I had a 1968 Plymouth Roadrunner.
