LS Tractor arrived Today!!!

Got a pleasant surprise today,the dealer called and asked if he could deliver my G3033 today instead of tomorrow,I was like a kid all day long waiting to get home from work.At 5:30 in comes the rollback with my tractor,loader,backhoe,6' finish mower,and snowplow.The bad......it gets dark by 7 could not play as much as I wanted,can't see real well with the lights with FEL attached.Well there's always tomorrow

Congrats! I really like my R4041EZ and suspect you will enjoy your tractor quite abit. I am at 53 hours now and still enjoy climbing into that seat and firing up the diesel. You will get quite a bit of work done I assure you. Take your time and soak it up.

Congrats on the new tractor! As soon as I my T1520 I installed a set of halogen driving lights from autozone to my rops. Can play into all hours of the night with these! Also added a rear work light. Good luck with the new tractor, have fun!

Yeah I've just been lurking lately. Mines been good. No problems through 60+ hours. West PA seems to like the LS. My only mod was a marine grade 12v outlet. Maybe some rops lights in spring.

About the same here. I have about 60hrs on mine and had the dealer do the 50hr service. He also had to fix the pto as it wouldn't turn off. Hate to see winter coming as I don't plan on using the tractor for snow removal. Wow, where does time go?

My R4010 is almost to 230 hours. It's finally getting a little bit of slack time. I'm just moving a few things around now, like lifting a keg of IPA up to the deck. Mostly bringing in my shiitake mushroom logs for me to inoculate with spawn. Slow tedious work and perfect for listening to audio books.

Thanks for all your kind words.So far I've put 6.5 hrs on the tractor,mowed yesterday,played with the loader today.The only problem I've had is getting used to the shuttle shift being up on the dash.My old International 3514 had it's shuttle shift where the H-M-L range shifter is on the LS,sooooo I went from M-L or L-M instead or fwd-rev.Guess I need more seat time.:laughing:

Yep, you GOTTA post pics. Just open you a Photobucket account, for free. Upload the pics to it. Then come back to this site and in your posting or reply, click on the Image button at the top of the reply window and copy the URL of your Photobucket pic into the little pop-up Image window. Email me and I'll step you through it in more detail. There's probably a tutorial about how to do this on the site somewhere.

And congrats on the new machine. Keep your ROPS bar up and your seatbelt on and enjoy!!!

Hi Pa guys! Where are you guys at in Pa, Im up in Erie. My LS is green (a Montana) but its still an LS it would be a 4020 that's what on the tag on the frame. I got it in Thompson Ohio the dealer there was a long dealer, a farmtec dealer, a montana dealer, and now he is an LS dealer. I drove by there for years and always admired the tractors but never stoped (I really thought the farmtec were fords at first glance) I just couldn't afford a new tractor when the kids were young. Then one day I saw the Montanas advertised in a magazine did some research liked the tractors and found out that they were sold at the same dealer that I had driven by for so many years. I bought a new 2009 model in 2010 screamin deal it was right when LS and Montana were having there falling out so I just couldn't turn down the deal and the rest is history. I really love the tractor, just wish the loader was faster.
