Me too, I'm tired of hauling water for the cows. We are in mabank, and it looks like this tropical storm in the gulf is going to miss north Texas.

Just the standard quad cab is pleanty roomy for even adults in the back.

I was joking, I would love to live over there. I think among the sweet gum and pine trees that is the most beautiful land in east Texas. I do like your truck, I need someone to help me move. Jk

The last (or all) the gas rigs I've bought said to get at least 500 miles on before towing.

Maybe in Texas that's a daily commute...

My trucks have to "suck it up" and take it.
I usually drive them home before hooking up to a trailer. Depending on where I bought it, that's from 50-75 miles.

Seriously, that may be a great idea, in a perfect world. I've just never had the luxury of doing that with my 3/4 and 1 ton trucks. I hardly ever tow with a 1/2 ton, so that's never been an issue with the lighter rigs.

Hey, I didn't say I did that. It's just what the manuals say...

Seems like every time I buy a new tow rig, it's just before king season. No way I'm not hooking up the SeaSport to the 3/4 ton 'burban and heading for the straits first thing.
