Model Year: 1968

Indestructible, so ugly its beautiful, good torque, great hydraulics lift anything, so easy to mend---but never needs it. Starts anytime, anywhere, very light steering, easy to drive, weird but very efficient hydraulic brakes.

Pros: Well made, punches well above its weight, fantastic hydraulics, very maneuverable and a joy to drive with very light steering.
Cons: No live hydraulics, PTO needs to be turning. Rubbish instrumentation, strange independant brake operating system.

I bought it in 2007 for 900 euro, with new rear tires, then rebuilt the transmission the same year because the previous owner had broken a gear selector yoke, which fell in between the gears, resulting in 2 broken teeth. Last month (07-2010), I started rebuilding the engine and brakes. All parts, except for sheet metal, is available for original quality at low cost, even after 43 years.

Pros: reliable and fuel efficient, fabulous maneuverability, well equipped for it's age, live PTO, 10 speed
Cons: no live oil pump ( oil pump only turns when PTO is engaged)
