X324 John Deere
X324 - AWS
Model Year: 2010

Well I pulled the trigger on a X324 because of the price. $2600 for a machine that had only 47 hours, two years old, mulch kit, and 10P cart. More than I needed for my, just shy of an acre, yard but better too much than not enough. :) I was a complete skeptic of the all wheel steer (AWS) as a gimmick and something else to break but went for it anyway. Boy was I happily surprised. AWS is awesome and allows me to get in tight around trees, flower beds, etc. I can't imagine not having AWS at this point. The tractor is solid and has run without a hitch. I installed new blades and replaced the mulch kit with a power flow bagger which works great too. The only complaint I have is that you can't really pull the cart without removing the bagger back end. That is the way it's designed however or Deere wouldn't have secured the bagger attachment to the tractor with a removable pin vs bolt. Other than that this was a great buy. An excellent machine. Definitely a BUY recommend from me. Thanks.

Pros: AWS, PTO, power flow bagger.
Cons: Bagger unit impairs pull cart.

I have only put 6hrs on it so far, and love the all wheel steering, it is great around the many trees I have on my 2 acres. Also seems to have plenty of power for the steep grades I have in a few spots. Will post again after a few more mows.So far so good.

Pros: ALL WHEEL STEERING IS GREAT
Cons: Small fuel tank
