Wheelhorse Workhorse
Model Year: 1983
The gray colored Workhorse was only made for two years, 1982 and 1983. The transmission is an Eaton 1100, which is outstanding and never failed in 26 years. The Briggs twin is still running, but probably needs rings, I still use the 36 inch rototiller and plow/disc. Only had to rebuilt 48 inch deck due to rust. The components were fine--as the title states, she's a "workhorse" without the Wheelhorse red paint.
Pros: Durability.
Cons: Briggs should have been a 20 hp.
