Great Base Model Tractor

I've run my DS4110 for five mowing seasons and I am very happy with the tractor. I average about 75 hours of work annually, mainly mowing pasture and maintaining a 1/4-mile driveway. The DS is everything I need. The front end loader is the bee's knees. Quality on the Kioti is good. I have had to replace three ignition switches and the solenoid. Other than that, this tractor has been trouble free.

Pros: Great value, plenty of power, dependable
Cons: Bad design on some electrical components if you don't have a shed or garage to store the machine out of the weathe

Good Tractor Overall And Very Good Value

I've had this tractor for 5 years now and have used it in various capacities such as cutting brush, loader work, box blade, loading forks, etc. Mechanically it's a very good machine, I have the basic tractor with mechanical shuttle shift and clutch, no hydrostatic. The problems I've had are with the key switch (failed 3 times) and the starter solenoid. I've finally repaired the key switch myself and sealed it up to keep it from oxidizing and failing again (hopefully). Overall, the tractor starts and runs great. Lift capacity is great and overall power is very good. I think if they redesigned the key switches, I wouldn't have had a single complaint about this machine.

Only had the tractor a couple of months. So far it's everything I need. 4WD gets me everywhere, loader has more than enough lift capacity to handle gravel and stone work, starts and runs great and uses very little fuel.

Pros: Power and fuel use.
Cons: None...yet.
