Case IH 235 Compact Hydro 2WD

Purchased the tractor from an individual is the reason for 1 star dealer experience. After fixing the Hi/Low range selector issue have found the little tractor to be a real workhorse for its size. The Mitsubishi Diesel engine seems to be pretty much bullet proof. Diff lock works great much better than the Ford 1210 I owned previous. Only complaint I have so far is that the lower link arms have strange bend to them. They look kind of funny when hooked up to my blade but they work. I do wish that the lift went a bit higher but I can live with it. Overall, I would purchase another one.

Pros: Small but works great.
Cons: 3 Point lift needs to raise a bit higher.

Case 235 -- with Front Snowblower and Rear Bush Hog
Model Year: 1990

This little tractor has impressed me considering the age and size. I haven't used the snowblower as of yet (main reason for buying it) but it has impressed me with the bush hog in tow.

Pros: Front snow blower attachment.
Cons: No cab.

Just bought a used tractor. Not sure of year but mid 1980's, I think. Just started playing around with and it seems to be a nice little tractor. it handles well, runs well, and overall seems to be a good fit for me. I have my old farm of 40 acres with 13 acres that I need to keep cut. Has a 42" cutter which I think will be a little small but will do until I find a 48".

Pros: Manevers well
Cons: A little less HP than I could probably use.

Case IH 235 with 5QA loader
Model Year: 1988

Solidly built Compact Tractor, good clearance. 4' bucket, great lifting capability, more than 500 lbs. Loaded rear tires make balance pretty good. Can be a little tippy if bucket catches on a corner during a lift, similar to other tractors though. No problem dragging a 4' blade or a small trailer FULLY loaded with firewood. Drag a 10' X 2'D Hemlock log uphill from a standing start on a hill, while not lifting bucket due to tipping risk. What can I say the 4WD is awesome, has yet to disappoint. Lifted same log one end at a time on to cradle, right at capacity of loader, so pretty good load. Can take a full load of boulders in the bucket. Could use a tooth bar for better digging. Has float setting for leveling

Pros: Awesome 4wd, Good lifting capability,
Cons: Shuttle shift would be nice, Joystick on loader would be a plus, Funnel need to fill without spilling, most parts available at dealer still
