A great little tractor for the small farm, esp. on sandy soils, where 4WD and lrg. front tires are mandatory. The small size makes it perfect for narrow gates. The PTO is powerful enough for a slasher and tiller and the like and the 3-p.l. handles 4-5 ft. hay rolls; just. 300kg is the max and that is often not enough.
Pros: 4WD, lrg. front tires, front end loader (retro-fitted), narrow design.
Cons: Water pump broke, 3-p.l. not very powerful (max 300kg).

It'a a small tractor, 19hp, 3 cylinder Diesel engine, 2 gearboxes etc. It has has all the trimmings, though: 3pl, PTO with 3 speed gearbox, 4wd and even, retro-fitted a front end loader. It fits nicely through small farm gates. We have very sandy soils here and the 4WD is essential for us. The C174 also has the advantage of reasonably large and wide front wheels, which is helpful in our conditions here. The PTO is strong enough to drive a (small) slasher or rotary hoe. The lift on the 3-pt is a little small, but sufficient. I can lift and drive around 5ft, 250kg hay rolls, just. The front end loader, fitted by my dealer here in Perth, WA, lifts about 300kg, made my wheel barrow redundant and my life much easier. I had some reliability issues so far, though. I had to replace the water pump and a radiator hose once broke, which left me driving around a few minutes bone-dry. That the engine didn't die, it was a hot day, I would actually consider a sign of quality.

Cons: Spare parts are not locally available. Expect downtime while you wait for the delivery.

Hi everybody, first of all excuse my English language. I'm from Galicia in The North West of Spain. I live in little town (7.000 pop) just in the border with Portugal. I'm a recently owner of tractor for first time. The tractor is a little Hinomoto C-174 with 600 hours.
Pros: Strong, nice to drive a power enough.
Cons: Difficult to get parts.
