Great, Highly Reliable Machine

My machine is a B6200D (wheel drive) with a Kubota front end loader and rear grader attachment. It is equipped with turf tires. I have used it extensively for many tasks including logging, road maintenance, material transfer, land clearing and more. I added a second set of rear wheels and tires (duals) and had the tires loaded with calcium to improve traction and stability on slopes and when moving heavy objects with the loader. The tractor now has 2200 hours and I have not had a single breakdown. Regular servicing is the key. It still uses no oil between engine services. It is extremely powerful for it's size. A remarkable, very economical machine.
Pros: Durability, versatility, power, ease of maintenance
Cons: Lack of power steering

Inherited this tractor through a Real Estate purchase (came with the house). I can not believe how tough and dependable this tractor is. I had to do some repairs on it, so I purchased the service manual. I use it for mowing with a midmount and it as a front end loader. I also have a rear snow blower. It only takes a little bit of fuel to go a long way. I just wish it was a 4 wheel drive model.
Pros: Tough, low fuel consumption.
Cons: Not 4 wheel drive.

Need to Plow

This has been a great tractor. It has a loader on it. We have used it a lot for a lot of different things over the years. Now I need to be able to plow my garden with a turning plow but the turf tires on it are inadequate for this purpose. We have been trying to find some wheels and some lug tires, but haven't had any luck. Found a sub-compact plow online but without the tires I am not going to buy it. So I need to find the tires. Does anyone think it is feasible to put some kind of ag tires on the wheels I've got?
Pros: Well made, well thought out piece of equipment.
Cons: Discontinued tractor and hard to find wheels and tires for it.

This has been a great tractor. It has a loader on it. We have used it a lot for a lot of different things over the years. Now I need to be able to plow my garden with a turning plow but the turf tires on it are inadequate for this purpose. Good One

Been running it 23 years to do all manner of things, tilling acres with rototiller, pulling an ancient ground drive sickle mower, runs a square baler, pulled logs off a mountain side, even pulled an old walking plow a few times with someone behind to guide the plow. Just don't run heavy load consistently on the high PTO speed. I was running the tiller on high and wore out the gear in the transmission that runs it, same gear runs 3rd gear. Running a large sawmill edger was also a bit too much, it did it for awhile but finally popped a tooth off the final PTO gear. Yeah, I've overworked and abused it, and it's put up with most of the excess.
Pros: Small and doesn't eat much fuel, can do a lot of work for its size.
Cons: Some components were a bit light to do big tractor jobs, which it wasn't made for anyway.

The Little Tractor That Could

We had a tough piece of land to clear of alder, birch and meadow sweet with very pug (clay) and stony soil. This little 15 hp 4 wheel drive tractor did the job even with an overly large single mold-board plough. So far, it's been a reliable little machine that is perfect for our limited needs. Started without any trouble at -16 deg C. during the winter.
Pros: Small, tough, maneuverable, reliable, good on gas (diesel).
Cons: Lack of power for big jobs, small wheels in wet soils.
