Mahindra 3510 running hot

The 3510 radiator fins are too small. Real easy to clog up and if battery sits high, it will restrict air flow.
I lowered the battery with a kit from Mahindra and use Radiator Genie to keep fins cleaned out. Last year, I gave it a good cleaning out with HVAC Condenser Cleaner spray and good washing with Radiator Genie.

Too much water or air pressure can bend the fins causing overheating.
Be gentle washing it out.

The radiator on the 3510 is very dense. I just removed mine today and was surprised at how much junk was in it AFTER cleaning while in the tractor. I used 3 upside down buckets to lay it on and sprayed with some mixed Dawn and water, then cleaned, flipped over, repeat. Flipped a few more times and lots of water spray. Finished with air hose.

NOW I ca see through it with a flashlight. If you can't, it ain't clean yet.
