I have been looking at these mowers to purchase one soon, is there any good or bad things I should be aware of before ?

That mower is listed at $10,349 here. Maybe you have some options.

Thanks Mo, I bought the Bad Boy Rogue, that mower is fast!!
Puts my Cub Cadet to shame...

My dealer cannot keep them in stock. I got the Elite and wanted the Kawasaki engine but had to settle for the Koehler. Waited 4 months and finally pulled the trigger as prices were going up.

The Rouge is a nice machine but with only 2 acres more than I need.

I have had the bad boy pup for 7 yrs 30 hp kohler 60 in cut , i mow 8 acres aweek with it, Paid 6700 for it, great mower. Last yr my son bought the toro titan hd with my ride system , Wow smooth riding machine.

My Poulan 46 takes care of my two and 1/2 acre lawn just fine and fer me money spent on
my machine shop foundry and forge habit as well as my tractor and other toys is
my personal preference YMMV....................

Personally I wanted a mower that would mow my 8 acre lawn in just over 2 hours and last me 25 years.
So a 35 HP, 72" cutting deck commercial duty zero turn is what I bought.
Built heavy duty and will mow at 14 MPH.
A Poulan 46 may work for you, but certainly not something I would consider.
