"I actually have less than 20 hours on my new RK37.
At 9 hours, it dumped several gallons of hydraulic fluid on the ground .when I finally got a RK mechanic to look at it, he said they overfilled the system at the factory. Oops. Everyone can make a mistake but the problem was it took me over two weeks to just get someone to call me back to fix the thing. I had to go to the senior supervisor to get any help. Now at 17 hours, the power take-off won't work. I have been trying for four days to get someone to schedule a time to look at my machine, alas with no luck.
I felt that after a bit of research the RK37 was the right machine, mostly the beefiness of it, unfortunately it has so far failed miserably.
I would not recommend anyone buying a RK tractor. They do not stand behind their product, or provide warranty maintenance."
