"I love this tractor. It has great power, efficiency, and is easy to use and service. My only critique is an ignition relay failure and a poor quality ignition switch.
Overall, this tractor has proven to be an extraordinary value."

DS4510- A Respected Member of Our Family

This tractor was much lower in price than my past Kubota and just as good in design. It holds a cord of wood on the tractor (1/2 front + 1/2 rear) and then easily drags another cord in 7/8 gear from a mile back. The DS4510 is "tough" and the engine is fuel efficient.
It nearly matches a bulldozer in performance when landscaping with the strong bucket and hydraulics and the 8 speed mechanical shuttle is perfectly designed for speed and pushing power. With all 4 tires loaded the traction is phenomenal. It digs/pushes out 15" stumps, mows, blows, splits wood at idle speed, finish landscapes; and all with ease.
I had some initial electrical problems (Intermittent Kill Solenoid (replaced) and Ignition Switch (WD-40 fixed) but now it starts at -30C (-22F) without block heater assistance.
The DS Series Kioti comes without cab. My "Sims Cab" is the only weak point of this tractor. The bucket visibility is poor and it's defroster capabilities are poor with hot air outlets only located on the heater behind the joystick.
In my experience the local Kioti dealer is far ahead of the 3 Kubota dealers I've tried many times to buy from. In summary, buy a Kioti with factory cab (my neighbor has a perfect DK-35 Kioti with factory cab that I use regularly) and it will be a great addition to your family. If you can't afford the DK then the DS series is the next best thing. It's a great tractor."

"This DS4510 is very well designed with loader matching the tractor perfectly. Though the loader is a little slow, it has tremendous power. The loaded Ag tires dig in well and it will pull two 25" logs 30' long out my mile wood road in 6/8 gear (shuttle shift transmission).
For a 45 HP tractor it's the best buy I could find after searching for 2 years and the dealer is excellent. Not arrogant like all the Kubota dealers I've talked to. I owned a 27 HP Kubota for 21 years and this tractor is an equal match, a better buy and the dealers win the prize."
REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Pros: Power, toughness, traction, great factory loader, strong 3 pt hitch, hydraulic pump runs woodsplitter at idle, good on fuel, starts at -22 C with glow plug, good seat, good controls.Cons: Poor visibility on aftermarket loader but this is not Kioti.Type of User: Homeowner 10-50 AcresLocation: CND OTI also considered buying: REVIEWER'S PHOTOS

"Hi new member from Australia. Don't know how I got by pre-Kioti. Does all I want and more. Got slasher, posthole digger, carry-all and 4 in 1 FEL as part of package, very happy with all products."
REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Pros: Is big enough to do the job, small enough for maneuverability.Cons: Could do with a higher gear, bit slow when travelling.Type of User: Homeowner 10-50 AcresLocation: AUS OTI also considered buying: REVIEWER'S PHOTOS
