Yanmar 1600d bucket will not lift

I used the tractor to work on my road. Put it up and went back the next day. The front bucket would not lift. There was a stain on the ground where it looked like fluid had leaked out. I checked the hydraulic fluid. It was low and I filled it up. Still would not lift. The bucket itself moves.
