Woods estate 60 LRC dumb question or dumb design?

Mine has metal "reflectors" on the top at both sides. They have a red sticker on them. because of this I cant figure out a way to reverse the tines...it does not swing around because the big metal things hit the bottom of the 3 pt. what is up with this?

Typically if you shorten the top link you can rotate the blade past the lift arms.
Another good reason to have a hydraulic top link.
