This happened the other day in Winston.

I understand that I'm Monday morning quarterbacking, but if you have a car in part against a curb and the only way to go is forward, wouldn't common sense dictate that if you have enough cars on your side, that you actually box the car in so it can't move forward?

Honestly, watching all those cars peel out of the parking lot chasing after the guy kind of reminded me of the Keystone cops.

Lay out stop spikes behind it first thing.

It's these darn small cars. They just couldn't tell the size of the car. They should have carefully measured the width of the vehicle they wanted to stop, then marked on the pavement the minimum width needed to block it.
Lay out stop spikes behind it first thing.
Yeah, they may have done that, but the car pulled forward.

Well, lets all hop in our unmarked cars and race out to the street se we can be a huge hazard to the public. Priceless.

Wonder why entrance/exit was block...hmmm.

That was quite the fail. The last car out was particularly funny.
What would really complete the story (fictitious) is that the car being chased is in a wreck and sues the police because they should have had him/her in custody in the parking lot.

I haven't seen anything like that since the first time I played Pac-Man.
