Got to be a reason, but I can't think of it - maybe it's obvious and I'm ignorant.

$50 is so deep in the noise that no one would even notice it. counting time and parts to add it is more economical when provided up front, and when marketed aggressively it is a valuable sell feature to tip the scale.George2615 said:To save you money when puchased new. On some tractors it may come standard (even though its really included in the price) on others its an option.
