Would like to get hydraulic top link cylinder for my mahindra 2615. I have constant hydraulics hoses with coming to the rear that I installed for my 3 point backhoe. I'm thinking i could mount a lever on the fender that i could quick connect the supply and return lines and the top link lines to when needed. Right now I have the supply and return hoses connected to each other when not in use.
What type valve and what size cylinder do i need

There are lots of choices for a valve...do you want to mount it permanently or just when the hoe is removed? Do you want just one function for the HTL or do you want more while your plumbing?

For the cylinder search these terms for LOTS of reading:

HTL
CCM
DPOCV

I used two Prince spool valve sections with float that I purchased off eBay new in their boxes. I bought a 2" diameter toplink cylinder along with fittings and hoses from the Surplus Center. I have pictures of the outcome on this site somewhere.

I am now working on adding a hydraulic side link. One thing I can tell you, hydraulics can be expensive. But it is fun to figure it out and put it together, and it is also very functional.

I'd mount it permantly to the fender, and just use it for the toplink. lookin for the cheapest one that will work. would i need o.c. or c.c., and how many spool.

How many spools is up to you...I would add two so you have a spare. Your tractor should be Open Center, so you'd need a OC valve.

THIS may be the cheapest available, but I would need to know your tractors GPM rating to verify.

Did you search?

Thanks for the responses. Might go with the 1 spool version if Kennyd's link. Tractordata.com says the 2615 has a 7.8gpm flow.

When considering extra valves for more remotes, I was eyeing up the lower back right part of the ROPS for a bracket attached with squared U-bolts (like used to mount trailer springs)

On my 3510 the flat fender area is a bit small, as I imagine yours is, too. I figured I be turned around when using them anyways.
