TYM T474 oil and filter change.

I realize this is an older post, but thought I would add a note regarding the oil filter. The engine in our 474 & 494's is a Kukje A2300N2 which is also used in a few Bransons. Wix is showing their "WL7237" for Branson tractors with the Kukje A2300N2 engine. (TYM t474's wasn't bringing up anything on Wix's website). But when you click on the "all appplications", it shows both Branson & TYM tractors with the A2300 engine. I ordered a couple WIX WL7237 oil filters and hope to change the oil in the next few days. Will update w/ findings.

Hows the filters holding up ? I'm about to do my service soon

I just did a 200h oil change on a Wix 51626 filter, replaced it with another Wix 51626 filter and Rotella T6 5w40. These aren't finicky BMW or Mercedes engines, and demands nothing special other than keep up service intervals. Total 315h my my T474 now.

What about the hydraulic filter ? Is there an after market brand ?

The A2300N2 is used on the T474, T494, 4815 and 4820. The Turbo version, A2300T3, is on the T574 and 5520. I suppose they could all use the same filter assuming nothing in the rest of the tractor design requires a different form-factor.

Including the A1700 both NA and turbo.

Engine filter the same, only thing that changes might be HST filter or the larger chassis has two HST and Hydraulic filters.
