This job separates the men from the boys for sure. I've been a truck driver for 32 years now and been in some hairy situations not quite that extreme but bad enough. It takes all kinds so next time you see a trucker count your blessings and say a prayer for that person . . .John

Burning up the brakes would be a really bad day. Stuck between gears would be a really bad day. Loosing air and having the brakes set up would be a really bad day. A dunnage or tiedown failure would be a really bad day. A blowout on the steering axle(s) would be a really bad day.

I see lots of opportunities to have a really bad day at the quarry here.
