my engine keeps popping when I start it sometimes it pops so hard it cuts off my engine ,,I'm thinking its my valves ,someone help me

More info here such as what engine, is this up and running or is this occurring while trying to start? You could have valve issues. Step one would be to remove the valve cover and have a look. Ensure rocker studs are tight, valve lift is similar, lash is set according to the manual...
