I was using the backhoe on my BX24. I got off to get some clay out of the bucket. As I got down I heard a change in the sound of the hydraulics. When I got back on I had lost ALL hydraulic functions. None of the backhoe controls worked, and neither did the loader. I was a little worried. But then I remembered the advice given so many times in this forum. Check all the connections. Sure enough, as I was getting off I had kicked one of the quick release fittings and it had come partially loose. I reseated it and I was back in business.

So I am thanking all you hydraulic experts that start with the simple stuff first.
