One of the best final scenes of any TV series, ever.

For those who don't know the series, the woman in bed with him was his wife in an earlier show, not his wife from Newhart.

An aside from Newhart, but speaking of best final episodes, the season 2 finale of MASH always got me. Legend is, none of the cast knew the ending, including Radar. He was handed the line as a telegraph, immediately before delivering that news. All reactions were unscripted. They just can't do stuff like this on TV, anymore.
