I have an older version of that Bosch jig saw. It will make you wonder how you ever got by without it. Simply awesome.

And, the blades are very good and easy to find. They are not even that expensive when you buy in bulk.

Don't settle for less.

+1 on that. I have used an older version of that saw professionally for the last 10 years and would buy Bosch again without hesitation.

Place is really looking great. Some of the things that you have come up with and completed are simply amazing.....

I also recommend the Bosch saw. Its worlds apart from any other jigsaw I ever used.

Thanks for the Bosch info...I'm gonna order one.

So today I had to make the 80+ mile trip to town for finish screws.....and BEER. I pick-up the screws and go to the grocery store, grab a cart and head to the beer isle. "dum de dummdummm,,,,,,ahhhhhuuuuuahhh??????
SCHLITZ.......not malt liquor...real beer like my father drank....right there on the shelf:proposetoast:. Dad's been gone over 30 years, so has his beer so I had to grab a six pack. I had to research this...it's been back since 2008???? I had no idea(where was the ad campaign?. Anyway, so far I like...kinda thick and smooth:drink:

Congrats M7! I remember when we got our CO. That was a major milestone. I don't think an inspector has been in our house since the CO, unless it was the electrical inspector for a minor re-inspection. We now do whatever we want at the house without having the bureaucrats looking over our shoulders.

That must be a big relief to have the financing done. If you don't mind sharing, how much has this house cost you?

Iplay YES HUGE relief. I have not added up the "bucket o receipts" yet....ballpark?....under $100K(that's starting with the driveway).

Wood it's 2.something but I have not heard the details yet. I'm not sure if they are offering a fixed or variable(sounds variable)....Les has done all the work on the re-fi side(she is outa town) so I will know more soon & let ya know.
