T5 115 RPM limits

Does anyone know why my rpm is limited in cold weather? Last week temps were in low teens and tractor would not go above 1500 RPM for almost 20 minutes. After that it went to 2000 rpm.

Probably for emission reasons and to protect the motor until it’s at operating temp.

Massey Ferguson 4600 series does same thing it's called limp mode. Won't let rev above 1500 till motor is completely warmed up
