T1510/T1520 discontinued?

I was talking to my local New Holland dealer this last week and he said they had already stopped making to T1510/T1520 series. He said New Holland would be announcing their replacements sometime this spring. Has anybody else heard anything about this?

I haven't heard that. But if it is true, I'm sure there is sufficient inventory to meet demand until the new models are in production. And I seriously doubt NH will discontinue the concept of 30-35 HP economy spec tractors. They have been wildly successful.

What about the 8N series?? Or are they not economy$$?

May be CNH is starting new numbering system , tractor still same, just new designation #.

Nothing I have seen in the industry with a CVT/IVT transmission is remotely close to the 'economy' category. And the 8N is 15 hp more than the T1510.

Let's try this again. You asked "What about the 8N series?? Or are they not economy$$?" and I replied that they are 50 HP with a CVT transmission, not an economy model. That is what it is. You didn't ask about the whole lineup; you asked about the 8N. The whole Boomer lineup consists of a range of HP and a variety of transmissions at various price points.

Alright !!!!!!!! Maybe my T1520 will shoot up in value - kinda like a Duesenberg or Pierce-Arrow.

We are still able to order these tractors and as far as I know nothing has changed. I was at the Boomer meeting in Vegas a few weeks ago and nothing was said about this there....... that I heard.

The last time I was in a New Holland Dealership "last week" I noticed that the Model nubers have changed again on compacts and the T Designation is gone.
eg. T2310 is now Boomer 3040 go figure.
