switched from iphone to winphone, some text boxes can't be filled out on tbn now

switched to a nokia windows phone and we no longer have the iphone. I noticed when i went to change my signature that the lil keyboard would pop up then go away after i highlighted the text box to edit the sig.

i can post a message fine though.

ideas?
