Steelworkers 2-wheeled tractor and accessories

Respect, it is admirable how you rather build something instead of buying it, and the machines that you make work excellent as we saw in the videos. Especially the tractor itself with all the modifications. I would particularly like to see more of the corn chopper you made, since I would need something similar for collecting whole unchopped corn.

Wow, thank you for the additional details on the corn chopper. I do have one more question, what is the rpm on the rotors of the power harrow? The soil looks really nice when you passed with the harrow.

The speed of the tines is approximately 4.5m/second. This is 250 revolutions per minute with a diameter of 350mm.

I see. That helps a lot, I hope you don't mind me taking a few of your ideas for the power harrow, since I am making one too, but smaller :).

I converted a disused wheeled tractor (mini truck) to be able to do light garden work with the device. I increased the ground clearance and made the front support wheels adjustable in height. From a canister, an old cordless screwdriver and a couple of pipes, I built a fertilizer metering device. The screw conveyor consists of a stainless steel spring and the speed is set using a speed controller. Before the first use, the driving speed was determined and the delivery rate of the dosing screw was determined. So I can assign a very precise fertilizer to the plants.
