SMALL florida towns?

Hi everybody, haven't been on the forum in a while so I though I'd start a completely off topic thread . I'd love to know any SMALL, "backwards", friendly towns in florida and possibly south alabama. I'm talking about behind the times, low crime places where you can leave your cars unlocked and sleep with your windows open. List em all, and a description would be awesome.
