Slime in Utility Trailer tires?

I don't see why it could not be patched. Years ago I worked in a tire shop and never had a problem patching tires. We saw all kinds of stuff in them. It was a pain to clean them up so you could patch it though. The Uniroyal "Royal Seal" tires were the biggest pain to fix.

Instead of slime we use a product called Linseal. We have used it in highway trucks, ag tractors and pick up trucks.
It is water soluable, so cleaning to patch makes it a breeze.
Might check it out. Seems to work great with us, plus it is non flammable also. Just rinse it away.
