I am quite excited to see how it goes. I may be stuck making one sooner then later. but im lucky i just have tons of briars.

No, I haven't done anything yet. I get under the tractor every once in a while and try to figure out the best way to make it but nothing firm yet. I see more and more vulnerable areas that could be damaged by running over/thru trees and branches each time. Since I can't seem to make up my mind, I think I am going to get a 42" x 56" plate which will cover a good portion of the area and then I will weld some of my scrap pieces to it as needed. I know that I can bolt the plate to the machine pretty easily. At least this way I will accomplish something. I can guarantee that it will not be pretty, but hopefully it will work.
