simplicity legacy xl lawn tractor

I have a 2005 simplicity legacy xl lawn tractor & had the front end loader loaded & bucket would not go up but would go down & the bucket would tilt slowly . I also lost power steering. I changed hydraulic filter & fluid but did not solve the problem. There are 4 possible solutions all of which are very expensive items. Any help narrowing it down

First suggestion is get service manual or a known good copy of the hydraulic schematic for your tractor. Then start performing diagnostic work based on the circuit. Example do I have pressure or flow at point A. If yes then check point B. Without a schematic or circuit diagram I would be guessing at possible causes since I am not familiar with the simplicity circuit.
Example of some questions:
Does one pump do everything?
If separate pump for steering vs loader what is common that would make both circuits fail?
Did it fail suddenly or slowly?
Was loader recently removed and installed? If yes are the hoses connected correctly?
