Hmm. I've never had a Suburban with a center post so wide that it blocked both door mirrors.

The side mirrors let me see there's a car there for sure, but not the center of it's roof. Me must've come up on me quick.

I'm used to not having a useable interior mirror, to the point that it's very rare that I use one.

For the most part there's a trailer blocking its view, or there's no rear window, and several of my vehicles don't have an inside mirror, so even if it could've been functional it isn't.

So I rely almost exclusively on the outside mirrors, and check them very frequently. Even though I'm often pretty much alone on the roads. It's a habit.

I use all the available mirrors, and I even like these new mirror cameras.
Plus I have a wireless camera on the rear of my trailers, magnetic mount works quite well.
