OK I am planning on selling my '68 Ford 2000 tractor, but I don't know what kind of price to ask for it. This is one of the 3 cyl gas models with a 4-speed manual transmission. The is the newer 2000 that is quite a bit bigger/stronger than the older 4-cyl 2000.
As the pictures show it is pretty beat up looking, but starts reliability and runs strong. I have owned it for 7 years and and after replacing the old Holly carburetor with a newer Zenith carb and switching to electronic ignition it runs really well. It comes with a 6' front blade with a separate hyd remote.
None of the guages work and I have no idea about hours. 3pt, pto, front remote, brakes, clutch, draft ... all work fine.
The Blue Book suggests the 'Used retail' ranges from $2900 to $3550
What is this thing worth? I am near Fort Wayne, Indiana.
