I'm sorry to hear that. I don't think that is a good decision as many good items have been obtained from eBay as a result of a member posting that they were available. One example that I would not have gotten without a member cluing me in was a set of service manuals for my New Holland TN.

Once again trying to blame some or anyone else for our own stupidity and rules have to be made for everyone's benefit. Blaming TBN for getting taken on eBay is like blaming the Budweiser because I drank too much and got drunk.
No one at TBN made anyone stay or Buy from eBay. Some people need to take responsibility for their own actions and stop blaming others.

Don, I don't know whether there could be any actual liability or not. But unfortunately, almost anyone can sue anyone else for anything. And if you're sued, even when you win, you'll probably be out quite a bit of money. So we all take all reasonable (and sometimes even unreasonable
) steps to avoid lawsuits. Of course in this case, I don't think prohibiting links to eBay and Craig's List is unreasonable.
