No. The amount of oil in a fully extended Shaver cylinder isn't all that much. The cylinder bore is about 1-1/4"- 1-1/2".I wondered, so I am stocking up on fluid. When you stop using the driver, do you wind up with an overfull transmission case?
Flow through the driver itself is continuous, not intermittent except for the cyclical demand of filling the pounder cylinder.
Your FEL lift circuit probably draws more oil from your system at full lift than the post driver.
