Return hose adapter for post driver

I wondered, so I am stocking up on fluid. When you stop using the driver, do you wind up with an overfull transmission case?

No. The amount of oil in a fully extended Shaver cylinder isn't all that much. The cylinder bore is about 1-1/4"- 1-1/2".
Flow through the driver itself is continuous, not intermittent except for the cyclical demand of filling the pounder cylinder.
Your FEL lift circuit probably draws more oil from your system at full lift than the post driver.

Check your fluid level when the Shaver driver is all the way up, as the previous poster said you will probably have a constant flow through the driver valve and it will drop the fluid level some but not much. When I got a new tractor last year I drained the cylinder on my driver and replaced some seals before hooking it to the new one, I don't remember how much fluid it took to fill the cylinder but I don't remember having to add too much to the tractor.

Ask your dealer for the Return Line Kit that came with the older KB24XX Series Backhoes for your tractor model. It included the filler port adapter, and elbow, and a Female 1/2" Quick Coupler, and the breather tube. Exactly what you need to plug your return directly to tank.

I got mine from my kioti dealer. Its the same as they use for backhoes.

I don't but my gearbox holds just under 15 gallons when full.

I don't have a Kioti I have a Mahindra but you just gave me an idea.

Looks like NPT threads. Take to th hardware/farm store and see if you can match it up with a threaded hose barb.

Most of the KIOTI Tractors are Straight Thread O-Ring Boss on the fill tube.

Shaver called back and said I need a sm-67-r adapter for my tractor. I can't find a picture online but they are $55 at a distributor online.

Then my awesome Kioti dealer hooked me up by fabricating an adapter with a quick connect and moving my vent to an existing unused tap, making connecting a breeze and keeping dirt out of the system. Jordan at Paige Tractors has been a pleasure to deal with on the purchase of a new tractor and getting it set up for what I plan to do with it.
