Zetor 3320
I am planning to replace a brake master cylinder on my Zetor 3320 and have two questions: I've tried a google search and am coming up with parts that look different depending on the vendor. Could someone help me find a resource to determine exactly the master cylinder I'll need? Second, I'm new to such work and am curious about what other parts, if any, need to be replaced when one replaces the master cylinder. Thanks.

They look pretty much the same, just coating color on casting. Nothing else is necessary to replace if that is the problem. Make sure it requires Dot 3 or 4 fluid from looking at your OM.

Pretty decent YouTube on brake bleeding a Zetor specifically here:

Procedure is the same regardless of brand/model, you just have to make sure whether your tractor uses brake fluid or mineral oil.

Thanks for all that. It looks like there might be a different "boot" of sorts on some, but I just don't know whether it matters. For example, here's the part from the link you gave:

and here's another one (Brake Master Cylinder fits Zetor 7320 6340 3340 7245 7745 7711 6245 7011 5320 7045 6011 7211 3320 4320 5340 5211 5245 6211 6320 5011 4340 7340 6045):

Is the difference important?
